Relationship Notes is a personal app for keeping track of your contacts and relationships. If you run into problems with sign-in, business card OCR, deleting your account, the Pro subscription or data sync, you can contact us by email.

Data and account

In the app, you can read how your data is used under “Settings → Data and privacy”, and start account deletion under “Settings → Delete account”.

Pro subscription and restoring purchases

The Relationship Notes Pro subscription is billed and renewed by the App Store or Google Play and is an auto-renewing subscription. If you do not see your Pro benefits (unlimited contacts, advanced appearance themes) after switching phones or reinstalling, go to “Settings → Pro subscription → Restore purchases” in the app.

To cancel a subscription or see the renewal date, go to “Settings → Pro subscription → Manage subscription” in the app, or open your system’s subscription settings directly (iOS: App Store subscription settings; Android: Google Play subscription settings). Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription automatically.
